For more than 15 years, Brittany has led operations, grants and research administration, finance, and organizational strategy across academic medicine, healthcare, nonprofits, and government. Today she helps organizations modernize how they operate by combining operational excellence with AI-enabled systems, intelligent workflows, and strategic execution. She serves as Managing Partner of BridgeTrust Partners, a builder across AI-enabled ventures, and Founder of MammaVoyage and Creator of the RAW™ Leadership Methodology.

Before co-founding BridgeTrust Partners, Brittany spent more than a decade leading research administration and sponsored programs at NYU Langone Health, overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance infrastructure supporting hundreds of millions of dollars in sponsored research across multiple departments.
She holds a BS in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a Master of Public Administration from New York University — a foundation that informs her ability to bridge financial rigor, organizational strategy, and emotionally intelligent leadership.
