BridgeTrust combines two complementary perspectives: operational execution and transformational leadership. Together, Brittany and Michael bring experience across healthcare, government, philanthropy, publishing, organizational strategy, and leadership development.
We started BridgeTrust because too many organizations have extraordinary missions but lack the clarity, relationships, systems, or execution needed to realize their full potential. BridgeTrust Partners is a Washington, D.C.–based strategic advisory and management consulting firm founded by Michael Leach, Founder & CEO — leadership strategist, debut author with HarperOne/HarperCollins, and former White House and NFL executive — and Brittany Leach, Managing Partner — executive operator, founder, and multi-venture builder. We work at the intersection of operations, partnerships, leadership, and growth — helping leaders navigate uncertainty, strengthen organizational trust, and move vision into execution.

BridgeTrust Partners was founded on a simple conviction: the leaders shaping today's most consequential organizations need advisors who have actually run things — through growth, uncertainty, and organizational change. Michael Leach brings leadership insight shaped by the NFL, the White House, entrepreneurship, and his work as a debut author with HarperOne/HarperCollins — leading at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and high-stakes execution. Brittany Leach brings the operational rigor of NYU Langone Health — where she scaled sponsored research operations from roughly $22M to more than $250M annually, running 300+ submissions a year across 13 departments — the financial discipline of a $1B presidential campaign, and the venture-building instinct of a multi-company founder.
Together they built BridgeTrust as a firm where strategy and execution sit side by side — strategic advisory, leadership development, operational design, and partnership development delivered by senior operators with skin in the game.
Today BridgeTrust works across five markets: government agencies and the prime contractors delivering for them; institutions carrying sponsored funding and institutional governance — academic medical centers, universities, healthcare systems, research institutions; enterprises and corporate social impact teams; nonprofits and foundations; and private capital — family offices, private equity and venture capital, and the portfolio and founder-led companies they hold.
